Dale Twardowski, President
Mr Twardowski has worked directly in the securities industry
as a consultant and as an accountant to various businesses
over a 30-year career. Mr. Twardowski holds a Series 7 General
Securities Representative, Series 24 General Securities Principal,
Series 27 General Securities Financial and Operations Principal,
and Series 66 Investment Advisor security licenses.
Robert McCann, Managing Director, Corporate Finance
Mr. McCann has Bachelor of Science degree in Finance
from Wagner College and joined Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette
shortly after graduation in June of 1981 as an investment
banker. Mr. McCann relocated to South Florida three years
later and moved into the Public Finance sector Serving as
the Treasurer for the City ofWest Palm Beach. During his tenure
there until 1986, he was instrumental in raising over $100
million for the city in sewer, water, parking general obligation
bonds while managing a fixed income portfolio of $250 million
while acting as the custodian of the retirement funds for
the firefighters, police, and general employees pension funds.
Subsequently Bob then continued on to raise over $750 million
in several different series of Tax anticipation notes and
general obligation bonds to finance the building of new schools
in Palm Beach County Florida. Returning back to the private
sector in 1991 Mr. McCann assisted in raising in excess of
$200 million for private and public companies, often working
with them in multiple areas such as mergers and acquisitions
and capital restructuring as the Managing Partner at Continuum
Capital Partners, Inc. until 2003. Mr. McCann then founded
Maxim TEP, an oil and gas development company, in January
2004 where he has served as Founder and Vice Chairman.
George Stack Managing Director
Mr. Stack was a Managing Director at Colmen Menard
Company, a middle-market investment banking services firm
based in Wayne, PA. Earlier in his career, he held senior
level executive positions with IBM, ITT and Decision Data
Computer Company. He has also launched and led several start-ups
and is a well-known turnaround consultant. Mr. Stack holds
a BS Degree in Physics from Manhattan College and an MBA in
Finance and Operations Research from Columbia University.
Raymond Coche Sr. Vice President
Mr. Coche joins GemStone from The Riderwood Group,
a middle-market investment banking company, where he served
as Vice President, Investment Banking. He is a seasoned business
professional with experience that includes Internet Marketing,
software and document publishing services, and pharmaceutical
industry market research. Prior to joining Riderwood Gemstone,
Mr. Coche was a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of
QuantiMark Services, Inc. He holds a B. A. in Economics from
Clark University in Worcester MA and speaks fluent German.
